Product Description:

Flameproof 8 Channel Universal Input Data Loggers manufactured by Ace Instruments can be configured to take inputs of RTD Pt-100 Sensors (Temperature), Pressure (4-20 mA), Humidity (4-20 mA), Temperature from Transmitters (4-20 mA), Any thermocouples , Voltage or Current (mA) Signals. Data Loggers can be programmed from the front keys to print the data of all 8/16 Channels at any time interval.

This means that the print time between successive printouts is user programmable from 5 secs to 9999 secs. The printout includes the date, time, channel no. & its value. Additional features include universal input selectable from front key, i.e., each channel can be independently configured for any kind of input. Thus, a single instrument can be used to record temperatures, pressure, vacuum, flow, pH, conductivity on different channels of the same instrument. The instruments have a RS232 /RS485 Computer communication port & come with the trusted software’s with Online Tabular View, Data Graphing & Excel Sheet Reporting.

OPERATION OF DOOR INTERLOCK SYSTEM

• Normally all doors remain closed.
• To open any door
  • a) Swipe your hand near to key if I/R based keyboard is installed at door.
  • b) Show your card if Access card is installed at door
• Door holding magnet will be de energized and door will be released. Time period of door released by default is 5 seconds.
• Next door will not open until and unless first door is closed properly.
• In case of emergency situations any emergency push button can be programmed to release all doors immediately.
• The soft touch key board is having following indications as below
  • a) Green indication glows: door is open
  • b) Red indication glows: opposite door is open.
  • c) Blinking of Red & Green indication: Emergency switch is pressed
